The Good Pin Club is fairly new, so ‘frequently’ is pushing it. In fact, very little has been asked so this page should really be called ‘Rhetorical Questions’. If you don’t see the answer you're looking for below, feel free to get in touch!

Shipping

When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped in weekly batches every Monday. Currently the operation is based out of California, so orders made within US are expected to arrive between 5-10 business days of the shipping date unless otherwise noted. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email at the time your order has shipped.

What mail carrier do you use?

Orders are shipped with USPS First-Class service. If you'd like to pay and upgrade your shipping carrier or include tracking, please email us at hello@goodpin.club

Can I pick up my order in person?

After making your order, get in touch at hello@goodpin.club, we'll give you instructions on how to pick up, and afterwards you will be refunded the shipping charge.

How did you land at the shipping price?

The cost includes both packing materials and the cost of domestic shipping (within the US is $2.63), or international shipping ($13.76). Save on shipping by ordering multiple pins in a single order, in addition to reducing packaging waste and shipping fuel costs!

Returns

Can I return my pin?

Sorry! We unfortunately do not accept returns on our items. Unless a pin is defective or otherwise damaged, please consider your purchase a non-refundable donation.

My pin was damaged in the mail. What do I do?

Aw, farts. Well, if that's the case please send photos of the damage to hello@goodpin.club and we will work on sending you a replacement.

The Bi-Monthly Non-profit

How did you decide on this month’'s non-profit?

Every organization we support is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit, and we are trying to choose organizations from a wide variety of social sectors. A fair amount of research goes into ensuring that the organization of choice is accountable and impactful. We welcome you to suggest non-profit organizations by emailing us at hello@goodpin.club

How much does the non-profit get from my purchase?

That depends on the cost it took to manufacture the pin per month. You can view detailed product ‘pin-fo” (heh) on our main product page.

The Smooth operation

What about all the other costs? How does that even...?

The domain, hosting, and all other administrative costs are covered by The Good Pin Club.

Do people even read this shit?

If so, apologies for the above swear word.

How can I help?

Aww dude! If you’re actually here wondering this, you deserve a big high-five. The best way you can help our operation right now is to share The Good Pin Club with the people around you. A big part of our goal here is to invite people into the non-profit community and educate them on simple ways to create impact. If you'’d like to make a monetary donation, please consider directing your generosity towards this month'’s non-profit.

I'd like to illustrate for The Good Pin Club! How do I get in the queue?

Double aww! That's amazing. You're amazing. A big part of this whole project is to empower creative minds to use their skills to make an impact. Go ahead and email us at hello@goodpin.club with a link to your portfolio and we'll do our best to get back to you.

If you like what The Good Pin Club is doing, please help us spread the word!
